1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Anton Haselbeck, trading as ANAPTIXIS 2000, a sole proprietorship organized under the laws of Greece (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data in connection with the TextyCat software (“Software”) and related websites and services.
We take privacy seriously and are committed to data minimization, transparency, and compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. User Content
All text, audio, and other materials you create using TextyCat remain entirely local to your device.
We do not:
- Upload user content to our servers
- Analyze or inspect your content
- Use your content for training, profiling, or analytics
5. AI & Third-Party Services (Optional)
Some editions of TextyCat may offer optional connectivity to third-party services, including AI or content generation services.
If you choose to use such features:
- You must provide your own API keys for such services
- Any data sent is transmitted only upon your explicit action
- Data processing is governed by the third party’s privacy policy and terms
We are not responsible for how third-party providers process data sent to them.
6. Payments & Purchases (Merchant of Record)
Purchases of TextyCat licenses are processed by our Merchant of Record:
Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”)
Paddle is responsible for:
- Payment processing
- Invoicing
- Tax handling (e.g. VAT)
- Refund processing
We do not receive or store your payment details.

7. Cookies & Website Data
Our website may use:
- Essential cookies required for functionality
- Limited technical cookies (e.g. session handling)
We do not use:
- Tracking cookies
- Advertising profiles
